3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Our personnel. Chauffeurs and staff receive only the details needed to complete your trip, and are bound by our confidentiality standard.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it:
- Google Analytics collects information about pages visited, time on site, and general location (city or region) so we can improve the website. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on.
- Hosting provider analytics. Our website host places analytics cookies that measure site traffic and performance.
- Booking system. Our online booking system runs inside our Book page and may set cookies needed to complete your reservation.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as online booking, may not work properly without them.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and insurance requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. How We Protect Information
Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, card payments are handled by our payment processor, and access to client information is limited to personnel who need it.
